This developer has easement onto our property and has abused this right of way. He has not contacted us in any form of the intention of this development. He has removed the back portion of our fence for utilities and it has stated it will not be reinstalled. This effects the over all balance of our assocation as well as I want the fence reinstalled.. They removed another portion and in replaceing it did an awful job I am not pleased. A professtional needs to redo their work. I went to the town council meeting when he presented this project for approval and found him to be very rude and arrogant. Since he ruined our yard and fence it is his responsibility to replace all that he has damaged at his cost. We have spent thousands on our landscape and to simply go onto the property without any notice and start removing what is ours is none other than unacceptable. We pay the taxes on this property and if someone else destroy's our property then they should replace all they have destroyed. Restore it to it's original condition. Both my husband and myself are disabled and in our 80's there is nothing we can do in our yard, any work we have done has to hired and paid for. This treatment has been more than upsetting to both of us. My husband broke his hip, had a pacemaker implanted and has been diagnosed with PTSD from all that has happened. We do not need more stress and this has been very stressful. NO ONE has the right to go onto someones property without at least some form of notification. We want all that has been damaged repaired to it's original condition.Business response
