We opened the first ever complaint on this company in 2017 but I never responded after the 5th time because I got busy. Suffice it to say, we had 3 of their original systems and the product failed miserably. Came to see how their "new better system" faired out. Same shoddy lies. No surprise. Run from this company!

I lost over $3k on this scam. I'm a single mother and that money is a LOT to me. I can't afford another system. They don't honor their warranty. They won't repair, replace, or refund despite being legally obligated to do so. They really screwed me over. I have a bus conversion and I made the big mistake by trusting them for my power needs. I'm so hurt and disgusted. Stay away from this company!! They are thieves!!

I think this is a scam company and I'm so sorry that someone can't do something about them. They make up their reviews and "awards," they post products and services that they can not/will not provide. I really can't believe that someone hasn't done something about shutting them down before now. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

This company is terrible to work with. I purchased a Gold Plus KitInergy Flex **** Power Station with 4 Ascent 100 Folding Panels with One Additional Flex Battery 1 on July ******* and was told shipping would take place August ****th. Then after calling them on August 13, 2022 to get an update, I was told via email that the shipping would take place between August 15-August 31, 2022. I then received an email on August 18, 2022 indicating another delay and that shipping would take place between October *****, 2022. Then we received an email on October 11, 2022 indicating shipping had been delayed again and would occur between November *****, 2022. On November 16, 2022, I contacted Inergy because we had no current updates and were told the items would be shipping around November 28th. We subsequently received an email on November 17, 2022 now stating our system would ship between December ****, 2022. We had a total of 5 shipping delays despite numerous emails stating they had all the items to put our system together in the warehouse and it was a staffing shortage issue. Then we were told the battery was still on a ship and not received yet. Finally, after 4 1/2 months, we requested a refund. That is the only thing this company did quickly. I would never recommend them to anyone. I can not evaluate the product because we never got it, but I can say that I would never do business with this company because they have terrible customer service; it's difficult to reach someone on the phone and they don't return phone calls for messages that are left.

Inergy consistently sells products it does not itself make, have in stock, nor can deliver - especially anytime close to when promised. Inergy also has VERY POOR COMMUNICATION with customers who pay them many thousands of dollars in good faith for products they then have to wonder if or when will ever be received. The Inergy website itself and online customer accounts frequently do NOT work properly; inergy email order confirmation has problems, and Inergy customer service representatives act like customers calling to order or to inquire about already existing orders are just an annoying problem rather than the source of their income and the company's ability to continue to exist. Inergy Holdings, LLC is an attempt to limit liability of the corporate executives rather than exhibit integrity, take any personal responsibility, or focus on existing customers who have already paid them rather than what is wanted to next sell (to someone new).Domain names used include InergySolar.com and InergyTek.com. Inergy Solar is the name used on social media, like ********** and for customer inquiries. *********************** is the name used for their product website. Technologies lists its physical address as *********************************************************. ******************** won't allow posting the phone number they use. Honest reviews and unfavorable comments on Inergy's own website and social media are frequently removed - rather than used as an opportunity to correct problems and their reputation. In response to complaints about Inergy on BBB, Inergy tries to get those who posted to change what they posted. Online product and company reviews on sites Inergy cannot control are not overwhelmingly favorable. The purpose of this review is warn potential customers that doing business with this company is likely to be upsetting; to let existing customers who are upset know they are not alone; and to force the company itself to take long hard look at its business practices and priorities instead of just blaming others.
