On March 15 2024 I went to Computer Zen at *************** to purchase a new H.P. Laptop Computer. I'm disabled and placed my trust in the sales associate. I paid $645.00 for what I was told was a new ****** Laptop. Invoice #******. I was told it didn't have the box it came in but that it was new and had the factory warranty. When I started the computer and attempted to register it I discovered it was 2 years old and the warranty was expired. I e-mailed the Account Manager ******************* ************************ He offered me a refund and admitted the laptop I purchased was used and refurbished. I want a full refund and will not do business with this store in the future. Thank You for helping me resolve this act of fraud and consumer deception!Business response

3-17-2024 I was notified by ************;***** that he felt mislead on the refurbished computer and he thought it was new.
3-17-2024 I apologized to ************;***** for the confusion and offered a discount of $250.
4-26-2024 ************;Krahn responded that he would accept the $250 discount
4-26-2024 I Confirmed in an email to ************;***** that a check would be in the mail this week.
We understand that ******* has some difficulties and we are more than willing to work with him to make sure he feels we treated him fairly.
