We bought a house on ******************************* on 9/28/2021. The hvac system was installed in 2017 by Bauer and the house and been vacant for a long time. We called Bauer to check the Daikin Mini split system out since winter is approaching. The came to check the place out and said it was fine. They charged us $800.00 for the service call. We kept having problems and the house was always cold. The system would go into an error state and wouldn't work at all. We called them back and the diagnosed a faulty controller board and it would be a month before it came in. The system is under manufacture warranty. This was 6 weeks ago. We've been getting by with space heaters. They're just giving us a run around. We finally called a differnt company (**********************) and they've done more for us than anyone else. I've had to pay them too. They found that one head was broken and leaking all the freon out and causing the system to error out. I either want my problem fixed right away or my $800 back and I will have Triple M fix the problem.Business response

To whom it may concern:
This is in regards to ID # ********, *************************.
We received a letter from the BBB concerning a complaint from *************************** on Dec. 18, 2021. We were able to get hold of ******************** and come to a resolution and refunded him a check in the amout of $712.50 on 12/22/21. This was the charge amount of the service call that he was unhappy with. To date we have had no other concerns expressed to us.
