      We just received a letter, September 19 2023, for our sons hearing test (born October 23 2022) stating we owe $378 dollars. We have received no bill prior to this letter. I called and was able to give insurance information so hopefully well be all set. Will update in the future if we have issues.

      I had a daughter born in July 2022, months later they sent ** a bill to pay the full amount of the service. They didn't use our insurance. The don't answer calls. Then they sent us another bill in Feb 2023 saying if we didn't pay they will send us to collections. Again they don't answer the phone. This should be covered by insurance, yet they make it a mission to be able to even talk to them. I'm paying the bill just to not have the headache of collections. This company is horrible.

      My daughter was born in April of 2021. I never heard anything from this company until May 0f 2022 when they started to send threatening letters saying they hadn't been paid. My daughter was double insured at her birth. Every provider who gave her care during her birth, hospitalization, etc were all paid via my husband's insurance and/or my insurance except for this company. All they do is blame the carriers, and claim I never gave them both policies. (Not true, I have emailed copies of both cards and provided it verbally multiple times.) The original case worker quit and never gave the emails to someone so no-one followed up. MY daughter is now 17 months old and I am still getting harassing letters int he mail threatening collections but offering "courtesy write-offs for portions of the bill. I have found multiple online forums with dozens of people complaining about this exact same thing happening to them. It really comes across like they either don't actually bother billing insurance, or don't know how to do it right and must be highly disorganized, since they wait til these babies are a year+ old to start shaking down the parents for payment.

      This company never informed me about a ****, but sent the account to collections. I called to ask them details about it, they stated that they only sent one letter to me and that was September of 2021. My son was born in June of 2020. By this time a year has passed and insurance would not pay out. This is poor business ethics. collections.
