I booked Banquet hall for my June 3rd 2022 party and given $500 deposit check to owner.on May 26th 2022 I sent this msg to owner I am so sorry to inform you that my team members have been tested COVID positive as a result we have to go into quarantine. Keeping everyones safety in mind we have no option than to postpone the event on June 3rd. I am very sorry for the inconvenience. Still they deposit my $500 check on June 17th and now Im asking them my money back but so far they did not return. They did not did any kind of contract, so I dont understand why they keeping my money.
