      I rent two bedroom apartment at Odyssey of Soltura In *********************** I was one of the original tenants and now the properties are renting for $2200 per month and I am paying $3000 when I went to the management Office I was told in order to get that rate I had to move out move back in And pay a $500 transfer fee I think this is very unfair that they are not willing to negotiate with me if they would just take my rent to what theyre renting now I would stay here indefinitely, but it really is not fair that I am paying over $500 more than what a new tenant would. I think I should be compensated somehow, either by extending my lease with the new rate or give some kind of monetary amount to compensate the discrepancy.

      I was charged an extra month because they would not accept my email of 60 days notice to end my lease. I sent a reply to the email they provided me for renewal which did not include a notice to vacate.Management extended the lease to the date they provided the notice to vacate attachment.Which led to me paying for:More rent Parking Their water fees Their trash fees And rental insurance because they'll charge you if you are uncovered at any point,and gas They charged me for cleaning the apartment.They charged me for a tub reglaze,when the tub was already in bad position and had to be reglazed before I moved In.Charged me for carpet and wall fees.The apartment had trash, scrapes on the walls, and counters before I moved in. I have evidence of this (email and pictures).They kept my $750 security deposit and charged me another $1,440 for these same damages.Management will not do anything regarding your request unless you have the state enforce it.My air conditioner was broke in one of the hottest weeks of the summer.They said they couldn't do anything about it.They couldn't find the problem.I called the ******** health department and arranged for a inspector to come out.It was fixed the next day.I made my complaint with the ** Attorney General.They sent me $250.00 saying they "over charged me" months later in response to the complaint. Would I have received any of my money back if I did not complain. The answer is No. When the ******** Attorney replied that this is not the full amount requested by the complainant. Inland did not respond. As their normal stance, is "Make Me".

      Current resident. Moved into a unit with several issues. Currently I have no running kitchen water and no access to my washer, for almost a week now, even through Thanksgiving. I had to shut the water off because of a leak that was permeating the kitchen floor on a second level. I have called the front office and left a message, put in two maintaince requests, and emailed the apartment manager. I have looked for an emergency maintenance number to call and I cannot find one listed. The only thing I haven't done is went to grab the managers hand and lead her to my unit. If I could break my lease I would turn the water back on and leave. I highly don't recommend ************.

      Tengo ya casi 3 aos viviendo aqui en estos apartamentos, desde principios de este ao he batallado mucho con la administracin ya que al inicio de este ao me cambie a un apartamento en la planta baja pero igual de estos apartamentos, y en un inicio se supone que habian reparado y remodelado aqui, cuando empiezo a acomodar mis cosas en el cuarto de mis hijos(ellos estando ahi) se cayo la puerta grande del closet porque estaba quebrada, y por poco se cae encima de mi hijo menor, fui y les dije eso y que tambin en las orillas la alfombra tenia clavos con los que nos hemos picado muchas veces y mas mis hijos y sabemos que picarse con clavos puede ocasionar tetanos, y hasta el dia ****** nov/3 no han reparado ni la puerta ni la alfombra. Hace 4 meses les dije que mi secadora no funcionaba, cabe recalcar que hace mas de 5 meses primero les avise que estaba fallando antes que dejara de funcionar, y aun no la reparan. Estuve colgando mi ropa afuera de mi casa para que se seque y por esta situacin sucedio que dos veces le pico una araa a mi hijo mayor(tengo fotos de prueba) luego igual hace 3 meses les dije que mi refrigerador tiraba mucha agua, y lo mismo no han venido. Dure dos meses con un hoyo en el cuarto de mis hijos que hizo mantenimiento para quitar una fuga de agua ******* y dejaron el agujero ahi, y apenas vinieron hace una semana. Muchas cosas mas que nunca vienen a reparar pero cuando nosotros nos pasamos un poco del dia ******** luego luego cobran recargo y no soy la unica hay mas vecinos en la misma situacin, igual el mantenimiento de la alberca no lo meten en la renta y todo el verano solo dos veces la abrieron porque segun siempre estuvo en mantenimiento, un mes antes de acabar el verano la abrieron pero ni limpia estaba el agua tengo fotos donde se veia super verde y con moho.
