I had my water heater replaced a week ago by this company. The company charged me for disposal of my time but it is still in my yard. I reached out 3 times regarding this and have had no response from the company after the initial response. I contacted my warranty company and they stated it was between me and the company. I have now scheduled for another company to come and dispose of my water heater so I would like the $100 I was charged for disposal returned. Since he did not follow through with the contract in that instance. He should not get paid for disposable if he did not dispose of my water heater.Business response

The amount charged for the disposal fee is $100 and includes draining and to remove the water heater from the customers basement to outside of the house
Thats where that fee comes in we are required to charge a disposal fee With the home warranty company
If the customer does not want to pay the fee we would then leave the water heater inside of the home
