On May of 2021, we contracted with ***** to replace our basement windows. With Covid we were told there would be a 8 week delay. We understood and put down $1500.00 towards the total cost. We made numerous phone calls to the business and emailed them as well. We were initially put off with 'delays.' Now, one year later, they will not answer phone calls or emails. They also will not return our deposit (as the contract states they would). We are extremely disappointed in this company for its neglecting to fulfill its contract as well as its refusal to answer our many calls and emails.
