I had dental work done. I made payment by debit card when service was provided. 2/24/23 $514.00 and 3/8/23 $85.00. In September 2023 I received statement for $531.00. I called office have information on payment and was told they would get back to me. Did not hear back. In November 2023 I received another statement. Called and talked to ******. Again gave information from my debit card payment made on 2/24. They told me they had no record of. Only payment they show was the $85.00. I again provided the dates and reference number of my debit card payment. In December received another statement. Called and spoke to ******* who promised to have taken care of. No other statements received, thought it was handled. On 3/25/24 I received another statement I called and spoke with ******. Provided her with copy of bank statement. She promised to get back to me by end of day. I had to text her at end of day. She then texted back that she would call me following day. Nothing. I texted today and stated that I provided proof of payment and want it credited to my account and a 0 balance statement sent to me. I received text saying they are still working on. This is 14 months. I made payment at time of service and want my account credited. This last statement stated they can turn me out for collection as balance is over 90 days!!! Help! All I want is my money credited to my account. Thank you.Initial Complaint

I have reached out to 34th street Dental Care several times over the last 10 months, especially over the last 2 months. They won't return my calls. My question all year has been, "why are they charging me $222?" The invoice itself does not have a description of services provided. I have left multiple messages with people in the office. They say the person in charge is not available and that they will return my call. It's now been 10 months and I don't hear back from them, but I keep getting invoices. I have used this vendor before for teeth cleaning and I have had insurance every time I have had a cleaning done. Annual cleanings are including in my dental insurance so it is unclear why this business is charging me $222. But again, I don't know because when I call to ask about these charges, they are not available to talk and do not return my calls. I would like for them to stop harassing me with invoices and asking me for money without having provided services.
