I went to Optim Dental in Bloomington, Illinois to get a partial denture made. I had several appointments where a mold was made, but I was never given the final product. I was asked to pay half the bill at my appointment, $558.88, on 10/8/21. However, I have never received the partial denture. I have gone in to the office multiple times and asked for my money back when it was clear they were never going to give me the partial denture. I even spoke to the dentist who said the matter was out of his hands as the dental office was changing names. However, I paid for a service that I never received and the office is not concerned about the money I paid or returning it to me. This is a significant amount of money to me as I am a senior citizen. The dental office staff and the address has not changed, but the name of the office has changed to Access Dental and Orthodontics. Regardless of the name change, all the office staff are the same. All I am asking for is my own money returned to me. I would like an apology for the inconvenience, but I do not expect this as the staff have not apologized to me when I came into the office to inquire of the status of my money.
