I hired B. Wolf Roofing starting in November of 2021 to put a new roof on my house they did a great job. I then rehired them in May of 2022 to put a new roof on my garage and paid for gutters. They did a great job on the garage roof but I still do not have gutters as of today. They did tear all my old gutters off though 7 months ago. December of 2022 I hired them to put new siding, windows, and doors on my house while still waiting for my gutters. The 2 nd week of the job I started noticing the poor workmanship and starting giving ***** a list of things that were wrong. I continued with my list for months. He kept assuring me the items would be fixed. In the meantime I had to advise certin employees would not be allowed to perform any of the work being done on my house due to their inability to install properly and causing more issues than the problems at hand. During the whole job I was being asked for more and more of the money for the job because he could not pay his employees. He kept assuring me things would be corrected before the job was done. It finally got to the point in Late October I had to advise only one of his employees knew how to correctly do any of the work and I did not any of the other employees touching anything, They were continuously making the items that needed corrected worse. he finally decided to tell me at this point in time none of them have any idea of how to install siding they are roofers. Shortly after this he fired the one guy he had working for him that knew what he was doing. I then adviesd he needed to hire a contractor to come finish my job because it was getting too close to winter to have them start over again and keep redoing my house over and over incorrectly. The job is still not done. I was advised by another contractor everything was so bad it would need to be completely started over. I also found out from the city of Bloomington that a permit was never pulled at my address for any of the roofing jobs or the siding, windows, or doors. Yet he charged me on every contract for the permits. I had to pay someone $75 to come put three pieces of siding on that were not even put on yet and I had to go buy my own screen doors before winter even though I paid him for them. I want my money I paid to him and my permits all covered so we can go our seperate ways and I can get my house completed and completed correctly. I have text messages to back up everything that was discussed between him and I. I have screenshots from ******** and ******** neighbor of others talking about how he took their money and never completed their jobs or never even started them. I also tried filing an insurance claim on his insurance policy but it was a general liability claim and doesn't cover my situation. I also tried filing on a bond that he had but that went nowhere as well. he does list a contractor *** ******** ******* on all of his contracts. I feel he should be liable as well. I was advised ***** pays him money to get him to pull his permits for him illegally. I have a text of ***** stating *** ******** was supposed to pull the permit for my roof. I also have a ton of pictures and all my texts but it was hard to get them all to fit in the file size allowed while submitting a claim. I can provide these if needed. the best one is probably the siding on my garage that they pieced together like a puzzle and actually nailed trim nails through the siding to hold it to the garage.

I accepted a bid of $850 to complete work on two south-facing soffits on our home and to repair one garage window on May 15, 2023. I later added some painting, that brought the bid to $900.00. They began work in late May. After a couple of weeks with no contact, I contacted him and was told it would be completed soon. On June 26 I contacted him again and was told he was trying to finish another job, even though I had paid in full. On July 1, I told Mr. Wolf that I would simply like the money for work never done to be refunded. He said he would show up the next day but did not due to weather. To make a long story shorter, I have continued to contact him and have been continually told that he will finish, but it has now been almost five months and the work is still incomplete. I need the refund I asked for to hire someone else to repair the house exterior before bad weather.
