Xerox Business Solutions has mad it difficult & nearly impossible to have a contract & buy out to keep or buy out to return pricing.Their machines are worth much less than they used to be. ****************************************** is a non profit organization.They are bordering bullies by doing nothing that is asked by our company & claiming to get it taken care of. After being told our contract ends in the beginning of October we are trying to make financial decisions and their inaction has deliberately forced us to auto renew a contract which we have no abilities to take on.Between a merger and loosing employees as well as Covid we have simply been left behind & they may actually owe us money although invoices are incurring late fees, we have been instructed to not pay by company employees too.Furthermore after jumping through every hoop with time running out this is a difficult direction I have been asked to make from the ****************** I have personally spoken with their operational representatives, district representatives and *************** all with the same promises and with absolutely no action taken.Regards,********************* Operations Administrator ****************************************** (*****)********************************************************************* p. ********** e. *****************Initial Complaint

We ended our contract for printer services with MBM, Xerox Business Solutions Midwest, in November 2021. We paid off and got rid of the printer that they were servicing and hired a different company to manage our printing. However, since then we have been billed monthly for estimated meter readings for prints we are not making. I have tried calling, leaving voicemails, emailing, and using their online web form to try to talk to someone about stopping the billing. I have not had a response to my messages and have not been able to talk with anyone to get this resolved. Our most recent invoice number is IN3981638 dated 10/25/2022. Each month MBM bills us for a contract meter charge using an estimate of 250 black-and-white copies and 100 color copies for a total of $10.15. We now have past-due invoices according to their billing department.We would very much appreciate getting this resolved since there seems to be no way to contact anyone at MBM Xerox Business Solutions Midwest directly or even to get a response to the many messages I have left.I've uploaded many of the invoices from MBM and emails I've received and sent to MBM.Thank you.***************** Parish Office Administrator ************************** *******, **Customer response
