COTG is running a scam by charging us monthly service fee in excess of $1,100.00 for printer maintenance agreement on our printers in 3 offices but whenever we request service or supplies, they ignore our requests until we start screaming only to be told that our account is on hold for non payment of their invoices for which we provide proof of payment from days-weeks prior and then still get stuck in a holding pattern with them without any service or supplies. Only when we seem to threaten any kind of action against them will they release some supplies and maybe a technician to service our machines. Additionally, I have requested in writing from them several times over the past year to advise me when our contract is up with them and to notify them in writing that I want our contract cancelled upon renewal date. I still have yet to receive any response from them on contract renewal date or recognition of our desire to cancel our contract upon renewal date. We have one machine in our corporate office which we have requested service on several times over past year and each time we finally get a tech out they fix the problem for anywhere from 1 hour to 1 day and then it's broken again and we're back to square one fighting with them again to get someone out to truly fix the issue.

We have 3 printers leased by this company. One of which stopped connecting to the internet as it was not sending out a signal. I call on a Monday, but nobody got here until Thursday. Turns out they sent the wrong kind of tech as these idiots have a hardware tech and a network tech. From my point of view, I don't care. I stated my problem clearly and they sent someone out that does not have the parts to repair. Then I find out later they have to order a part? Why do they have to order parts? Apparently after speaking with the service manager, he is highly incompetent as he does not have a stocked warehouse to solve problems. The people in the call center are also incompetent as they obviously don't understand anything and perhaps might be better off working at a big box store warehouse stocking shelves. I have found the entire group of people I encountered to be sub-par and the organization of the company to be lackluster at best.......which clearly reflects on the incompetence of leadership. I want the equipment removed at their expense as I have no desire to work with a group of incompetent idiots.

I paid our bill on August 31, 2022, and according to our bank statement it cleared our bank on September 1, 2022. I have been receiving calls daily asking me for payment and I have explained to them over and over again and gave them the authorization code from our card statement. I have ordered toner for a week straight for our printer and have not received it because they say we owe the past bill for $1703.30. We have done business with this company for 7 years and when ******* was taken over from XBS Midwest is when all the problems started.
