****** Connell was not telling me the truth about the permit. Bad communication about the project.He was supposed to do flood protection for our house. He did not know what he was doing. Could not find the main. Damaged our property, uprooted our middle **** upfront without our permission.He dug out three holes upfront, did not accomplished anything, did not clean pipes like he promised he would do. He wanted another $2,000.00 to cover the paychecks for his workers, wanted to rewrite the contract, because he could not find the main, and we were not under flood protection anymore. I fired him and told him to cover the holes upfront, they made and leave everything like it was. He left one hole, courtesy hole, which is still covered by the wooden board only. I asked for a refund, but he refused to give it to me, because I cancelled the contract. But he cancelled it before me, for not finding the main, and not to be able to give us the flood protection. I am senior citizen and a widow. This hurt me financially very much.
