I had originally purchased a whirlpool washer and dryer from the outlet store the dryer does not work and has not been exchanged I done went in to the store and exchanged it for a ******* washer and dryer then the dryer was lost. I have called multiple times and i have gone into the store multiple times to no avail. They will not refund my money and i dont have a washwr and dryer. In addition theu want to chatge me an extra $600 for the broken dryer thay has not been picked up. I have spoken with multiple agents and managers. I originally went into the store in July 2022 and now were in September and they say they can not fix the issue until i pay $600 and they could refund me all my money. I have original receipts and can provide call logs since i have called every day for two months. I am out **** and have no dryer. Everyone tells me they will call me back and no one does. I need help either the washer and dryer mew out of the box that i was promised for the inconvenience or a refund
