2023 Chevrolet Malibu LT was posted for sale at $1,995 but when I called to confirm if the vehicle was still available because I did not see it on the lot and I wanted to discuss driving and potentially purchasing the vehicle sales rep told me that price was an error and they use a 3rd party for all of their advertisement and would not be honoring that price. He was slightly rude told me to be realistic and mistakes happen, it was a new vehicle with low miles there is no way it could be sold for $1,995 and the actual price was $19,995. I reminded the rep that the vehicle was advertised that way for several days and he said there was nothing he could do. He then requested my number for pictures of the vehicle and if I was still interested he love to get me in for a test drive but the selling price is $19995.It remained listed for $1995 for majority of the day after I inquired it.

This is a 2023 ***** Malibu with17,605 miles  Has a retail value of $24,300.  I have it sale priced at $19,995.     A typo listed for $1995.00   Was an obvious typo mistake!!!!   Was changed immediately.  The website providers and third parties take overnight to update prices.

I am rejecting this response because: It was false advertisement and it was that way for several days and to make matters everyone seems to be very rude. No one has attempted to resolve.

      Sincerely,

      **************

I bought a car from this dealer on 4/29/23. The car I was interested in had a sticker on the window that said there was a 3 month power train warranty on the car. It wasn’t until AFTER I bought the car that they told me that they will not honor it. They removed the sticker while I was doing the paperwork. I asked to see it and they flat out lied to me saying they didn’t know where is was. This was even though they had removed it five minutes before. Terrible place to do business! It’s a shame when businesses like this won’t test their customers fairly.

We received this vehicle from another dealer. There was a copy of other dealer warranty of 3months or 3000 mile limited power train warranty on the vehicle.  Not our warranty. I would honor this warranty, but this is the first I heard of the matter.

I purchased a 2020 dodge Charger seven months ago. A couple of days after I purchased the car I noticed a shake that the car was having. I continued to call the business a month or two after my purchase, and before I took the car back to the business I paid for the wheel alignment and purchased parts. O&#**; *******#**;s suggested that I call the dealership to see if there was a Carfax on the car, but the dealership does auto check. I had to pay for a Carfax. That is when I notice that the car was in a accident. The dealership has had my car for the last two months and everything that they fix is not fixing the car. My car needs to go to a Dodge dealership. I do not want the vehicle. They should have not sold me the car and knew the car was wrecked.

Saw an ad for a vehicle online and went in store to purchase the vehicle. The salesperson ************************* said he couldnt find the key and showed me another car that was similar for the same price. He ran my credit to purchase the car and informed me that it was out of my budget range. He lied about the price of the car, it was more than $20k more than what he had told me. He also lied about the car I originally went to look at, as it wasnt for sale at all and was being sent for auction. My credit took a hit for no reason and I was lied to repeatedly about what would have been a rather large purchase. This should be illegal if it isnt.

My 2016 *** terrain didn't want to start up. I made a on line appt with the *** service department for November 28,2022 @ 10:00 AM. I had wanted to get my SUV looked at, oil changed, recall on my headlights & to lock my hubcab back into place. My vehicle wasn't running so I had to get it towed. I had got my vehicle towed 11/25/22. I had called *** a couple of days later & the lady told me the mechanic said that he believes my timing belt but wasn't for certain but would call back. I had called *** a few days later & the phone just rang. I had called later on that day & got hold to the service department. I had spoke with ********** told me that I needed another engine. I had been to the *** 2 times prior for my ac dripping. I told ***** that I had purchased a extended warranty from Larry Stove stand. I then called Larry Stove stand for the information since my important papers were still in my SUV glove compartment. I got my information & shared it with *****. ***** said that h would get back with me. ***** had called back & said that CNA said that my extended warranty had just expired ***** miles prior. I just got the suv 6/16/21. I had called Larry Stove stand December 1&2nd. I spoke with the ************* name was **** explaining to him what was going on. He said he would see what he can do. I purchased a car on 7/9/22 the car was returned on 7/11/22 because there was a grinding in the brakes, the car was not stopping as it should when brakes were applied. When the car was taken back to the delarship to be serviced I was told that a bracket on the axel was broken. I was told that I could not return the car but the delarship would fix it in a timely manner because it was just purchased. Since that date 7/11/22 that vehicle has been serviced 3 times and the problem has still not been fixed I am now being told that the company that has my car under warranty is not wanting to pay for repairs and this is why the delarship has not fixed my car. I am not sure what my options are but I hope you can help Thank You

We bought our car here in 2019, and a few months later, the motor went out on our 2016 car. Our warranty thankfully covered it, and we got it fixed. We got our oil changed at *** fall 2021, and they forgot to close the cap on the oil. While driving, the oil spilled everywhere, and we had to get it towed. We took it back to ***, and they said they fixed it. A few weeks later, our car exploded and caught on fire, starting in the engine while driving down the highway. *** has completely ignored us and told us it's not their problem. We are seeking a refund of the car's original price. This has caused my spouse emotional trauma from being in a car that caught on fire and also caused us to be without a vehicle. This could have killed my spouse, and *** corporate and the local one we bought it at are not responding or taking it seriously. fire was November 11 2021

I sent my car for a recall on my car. My car sat there for 2 months with the keys inside. They never fixed my car. After 3 1/4 months I received it back. I had driven my car and it shut off while I was driving. They towed my car back to their dealership. They said it was my transmission. I had my car towed from them to another shop. They made a mistake while exchanging my motor for the recall.

I dropped my car off to this dealership 10months ago for it to be fixed due to recalls on the engine and during that 10 months they have drug me through the mud. They towed the vehicle for NO reason while I was on vacation. 12 hours always frm home leaving me and my toddler stranded with no way home. Then the ppl who towed it cracked the windshield and they falsely accused me of doing it when the party took FULL responsibility for it and told them they did it. After towing the car they bashed my character and is STILL holding my belongings (8k worth)that was left in the loaner car “hostage” they are also holding my car “hostage” as well and refusing to fix my car. Because of a cracked windshield (that I didn’t do). Not once did they charge my insurance for the damage. They sent it to collection to try to ruin my credit. Again my attorney sent them a signed document frm the ppl who damaged the car. They are still refusing to fix my vehicle after giving me the run around to almost a year for no reason. Now they are making up different reasons to why they aren’t going to fix it because my attorney keeps proving them wrong. Now they are saying that the car hasn’t had a diagnostic test. Which is a lie because they did one the 1st month my car was there and they told me tht my engine was under warranty and they were going to give me a new engine free of charge. Now their tone has changed changed because they tried to accuse me of something I didn’t do and have proof they are wrong. This place is clearly doing fraudulent business and trying to take advantage of ppl who they think don’t have to means to defend themselves. I’m spending my last on an attorney to defend me. When I was calling about my car before I got my current attorney they told me to stop calling about my belongings and they wasn’t giving me my car or belongings so I was forced to get representation. I’m not sure if I left anything out but that’s the round about what’s going on.
