I purchased in March this year a backpack for a trip to ****** that would be good for my computer passport. It was the ****** and I loved it so many pockets etc. Perfect and took it to ******* in March worked great. In beginning of September I took the backpack to ***** and while there I noticed a pocket that i dont even use was falling apart and becoming frayed. I called ****** and they told me to send Hertiage an email. I have sent them alot of emails and **** responded back and said they hadnt gotten them. So I sent again and then they said they had not received the pictures requested in warranty. Sent a whole bunch more emails and still nothing. What is going on. They respond back to emails saying they hadnt gotten emails which is odd because they are responding back and then they claim they are getting emails but not getting the pictures. I have all the emails sent and received. Just want my backpack fixed
