I used the dog den on 10/6 for daycare. When my husband picked up our dog he was given the wrong dog. Upon returning home I called up and was told our dog was still there. At the time I was offered a a refund or credit for the mix up. On 10/9 I left a VM for the owner asking him to call me about my experience. He contacted me on 10/10 and explained what happened. He initially asked me who offered me the refund as if they shouldn’t have. And then asked if “that was all.” When I explained my frustration at how this even happened in the first place. He then indicated that my husband as the owner willingly took home the wrong dog so the fault was on us. I was shocked as a business owner that he was shifting the blame. When I told him if that was the stance he wanted to take I would gladly take a refund and not use his business again. He continually interrupted me trying to speak over me and when he couldn’t he just hung up on me.
