Byrider Bloomington, IL This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. The car I bought had problems from the very beginning, and their sales rep told me I am stuck with it when I called after 2 weeks. Linda from accounting was very rude, and was taking everything, I said personally, I told her twice I am dealing with her as a representative of Byrider not as an individual, then she told me "Let's take this outside", when I asked her if she is threatening me? she stuttered and kicked out of her office, What a shame for a company like this to hire someone with such vulgar personality. Save your money, never make a decision out of desperation they will screw you over.Review from Kelsey S.

My father bought a car from these people and was unable to pay the 1st payment on time because he was sick with Covid right after getting the car so was unable to work. Called jdbyrider and asked if it would be okay if they received the payment a lil bit late because of being sick for 3 weeks & was unable to work. They came & repossessed the car on the 13th of October & we kept calling and calling to get the amount we would have to pay to get it back & they kept telling us they didn’t have the amount yet. We did not get that amount until Oct 25th & they wanted $1,419 when the monthly payment wasn’t even due yet! That’s an extra $500 that isn’t even due as of yet and maybe we could of paid it all if it wouldn’t of taken them nearly 2 weeks to give us that amount ! Worst place ever to get a car and the woman Linda was very very rude and hung up on me! Great way to treat your customers ! The car didn’t even have oil in it when we bought it & also they registered the car as a Chrysler and not a Kia Rio! They should close their doors ! So I’m out a down payment on a car now! Thanks alot’
