      This company is very obviously committing insurance fraud. Started contact with them in the fall of 2023, paid for roof replacement in March of 2024 and they have since disappeared and havent completed a single bit of work after they received their money from my insurance claim.

      Contracted with Blue Frog to repair roof after hail damage in November of 2023. It is now July of 2024. They have collected the money however I have been unable to get in contact with them after calling more than 10 different times and leaving several voicemails sending text messages to previous contacts.

      I gave this company 2 checks totaling around $25,000 at the end of last year. They have yet to do any work and I have not been able to reach them by phone nor has there been anybody in the office during open hours. I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone for months. We picked out the colors for our roof and siding and handed over the checks from our insurance company in October or November. Once weather got nice again they told us we would be soon and then kept pushing us back. Seems they have completely ran off with our money at this point. I just want my insurance money back. I have no trust in this company.

      Blue Frog restorations has been contracted to replace the roof and siding and soffit and fascia on my home due to wind damage Last Summer. They have already received money from the insurance company to cover the entire job I have been unable to reach anybody at their company for the last couple of months. I've left repeated voicemail messages and I left a very curse email message with them today. I don't know whether they've gone out of business or what has happened but nobody will return my calls and I am fit to be tired about this

      I have actually now been on the phone with a representative from Blue frog restorations. So it's good to be able to actually talk to an actual human being and things are on a path towards correcting the issue that I had with the company. Apparently the phone number that I had been contacting Blue frog through has not been functioning even though I was able to leave voicemails they were not able to get them. So I am going to drop my complaint at this point in time.

      company contacted me by door to door salesman. talk me into replacing my siding and gutters back in June of 2023 been working with the ***** **** insurance who issued three checks one of which the blue frog restoration told me I had a sign over to them and I would be put into contact within a month I gave them check September 22nd 2023 and yet to hear from any company official. One that I did contact me last week in November start working with me on a contract but he has since quit company and I need resolution

      We have been in contact with the client and are on good terms. we are presently scheduling for their build contract and will be performing the work in the next couple of weeks

      Since April the company stated they will get the job done in a timely manner. Once check was issued they came by and assured that in a couple of weeks they would start the job. This was in June. September they stated they were working with the insurance, same answer as April. Its obvious they will take the money and run.

      I have spoken to the client and moving forward with the claim. We are waiting on a final response from ***** insurance for the completed and approved estimate to start work. ***** the adjuster is supposed to have this done by wed of this week and if all goes as planned we will start work in roughly 2 to 3 weeks

       I am rejecting this response because: The business called and we settled that I would have a response by Thursday one way or the other.  It obvious that nothing is getting done and I would like my money back.

      Still nothing has been done.  I have asked for money back, nothing.  I have asked for them to at least start to get the siding done, nothing.

      Still nothing.  I have lost all confidence in the company.  Now it will be time to take legal action.
