There are few spots that epoxy did not set at all and I tried to contact the owner and no response back he was quick to take my money and told me their is lifetime warranty but does not want to do fixing the original issue of expoy missing from few spotsInitial Complaint

On July 15th, 2021, *** laid the epoxy floor in my three car garage for $2800 and quoted a "limited lifetime warrenty". Soon thereafter, on August 27th, I contacted *** about the floor chipping while jacking up a car. He responded back that he'll come look at the flooring the next time he was in town. On September 12th, I reached back out to him to see if he had an ETA for when he can come look at the flooring and he told me "I'll let you know in a week", but never contacted me again. On September 29th, I reached out again with no respond. On October 2nd, I reached out again and he responded back "I'll let you know a day". October 18th and 26th, I reached out again and he responded back "Sunday evening" and then never responded again.On November 20th, I sent another picture showing the garage floor now chipping in much larger patches with no damage to the sub-concrete. Followed up again on February 27th and March 2nd of 2022 to just be ignored. On March 2nd, I offered to take down my negative reviews to just get my floor fixed and he responded back, "Absolute just give me some time and I will let you know". On March 15th, I reached back out again and he told me "hopefully next week". Reached out on March 23rd and he told me April 8th and never a response. Now I reached out again on April 16th and May 5th and still no response.Initial Complaint

Feb 1st, *** from Perfect Epoxy Floor Coating LLC claimed he finished my epoxy floor in one of my small bedrooms in my basement. When I got home, I took a look at the floor and was not satisfied. I immediately contacted *** and sent him the pictures of the errors. He messaged me back right away and said he will come back on March 22nd, Tuesday. I said that's fine as long as you come back and fix the floor and he agrred and said no worries. So when March 21st came, I texted him to ask what time was he coming the next day and he said he would let me know after his other job was done. He never text me back after that. So in the evening I texted him to remind him and he ignored me. On March 22nd i texted him to see what time would he becoming, and he ignored me and never came. So I called him the next day and he promised he would come that Thursday evening, and I said thats fine. Thursday came, he never texted back or came. I eventually had my sister contact him and he was responding to her and said he would jus give back my money ($800). We both agreed Sunday April 3rd we would meet at the police station. So when Sunday came, my sister texted him and he claimed he was at work. She texted him the following day and he stopped responding to everyone. So I'm just looking for a resolution either for *** to finish the floor or to give back my money for not completing the job I had originally paid him for. Thanks.
