They will not fulfill my order, or let me cancel the order. I have contacted them in several forms, and have not heard back. I want a full refund ! I think i have been scammed !!Business response

I placed an order which **** say they delivered but I do not have the package . I contacted the carrier and they opened a claim to investigate also was put in contact with the carrier supervisor and started a dispute with the carrier. Upon letting this business know they told me basically there is nothing they would do because it stated delivered and that I would have to talk to the carrier. They take no responsibility of missing orders theres no number to contact them and they respond once and never again . I have started a group online so that others can know to RUN when they see the name. I spent almost $200 just to have nothing. They need to ship me my products obviously shipping is an issue. So they should think about changing shipping methodsBusiness response

We are sorry to learn that our costumer did not receive their order despite marked delivered by **** on June 25,2024.
Once an order shows as delivered, the best recourse is to contact the carrier and provide them with the tracking number so further steps can be taken. This includes filing a missing package report with the carrier which will have you sign an affidavit stating that the item is missing so that an investigation can be started, and filing a mail theft report with the local law enforcement.
Shipping carriers are equipped with GPS scanners so that they are able to locate the exact delivery location via GPS data from the scanner. By using this information, we can certainly confirm with you this order has been successfully delivered to the correct location as marked.

I am rejecting this response because: I did all of that and they did delivery to home next to me ( I stay in townhome ) yet and still yall wont replace my shipment. Furthermore this is an ongoing problem with your company and its a big red flag you dont even have a ****** account for your business where we can leave reviews lol and now I know why. Yall are rude and are scamming people

Date of purchase 12-17-2023 $89 It was mailed to the wrong address due to the 3rd party carrier that manually changed my address. A photo of the delivery was taken at the wrong address. I contacted ***** and was advised that they would have no liability due to it, being a third-party employed by the merchant. And then contacted the merchant, and the merchant will not refund or give credit as they say it was delivered. I provided them with the photo from ***** of it being delivered to the wrong address and they still refuse to work with me. Essentially they have stolen my money, and rendered no service or product.Business response

It was not delivered to my address. I had just ordered from the same company a month prior and it came to my correct address. Fed ex has denied being responsible as they stated a 3rd party carrier was utilized. I have photo proof it was not delivered to my address. I would like this resolved by a replacement or a refund as I did not receive what I paid for.

Based on the information provided by the carrier, they confirmed that due to the delivery date they are not able to perform a research of the package. I have provided the picture multiple times. It was delivered to ****************************************************************my correct address, the one that you just sent an order to 2 weeks prior. ********************************************************************;
I ask that you please make this right. You have the address it went to and it is wrong. Fed Ex has washed their hands of the issue and put it back in your court. Please issue a refund or a replacement. It is apparent I did not receive what I paid you for.

I made a purchase with Sezzle back in October. On the 14th day to be specific.The item I ordered, never came. I have tried reaching the merchant via email in regards to this matter, and I have not gotten the first response. Will someone please cooperate with me and help me to get my refund? Costumer contacted us on December 1,2022 that she did not receive her order and she said that her package was in fact delivered to her p o box that she provided, but someone else had picked it up.
We have responded and advised costumer to contact the post office and find out more details, and costumer said that she thinks that her order was stolen.

We are sorry that costumer had to go through this experience! and we don't think it's fair that costumer files a complaint since we have not committed any wrong!

I placed a order with Luxury Counter for a bottle of Versace ********************** on Dec 24,2021. I received a email saying the package had been delivered I checked for the package it was no where to be found I also checked my security cameras I have no delivery made that day. So I reached out to *** and they told me that the package still had not been delivered and was lost in transit. They told me they issued a claim settlement to the shipper and I would be refunded back for my perfume I purchased. I still have not been refunded or my perfume reshipped.
