I cannot speak for anyone's dealings and issues with AdGem but my own interactions with them. I don't see or understand a lot of the complaints as in my support interactions with them have all favored in my way, and when things could have possibly went against what I knew was right, I kept my composure and never once disrespected the support staff. What I'm about to say may be %100 correct or %100 wrong, but it is not AdGem that determines if they receive the allotted reward amount. Say, I am taking on an offer for Match Masters to reach the 10th arena in 12 days. When I do complete it it falls on the developer of Match Masters to inform AdGem that all tasks were completed in 12 days and that I can be rewarded. There is no way that AdGem monitors our gameplay themselves! They have multiple companies that they partnered with and websites where their offer wall is displayed. And if they have the technology to track their users the government would hire them for something other than offer wall monitor. Thinking before speaking is a too tier skill that many will never master.Review from Tamira B

I had to do an offer which was go2bank and had to pay $10 and setup a direct deposit. I have not received my money . I contacted them multiple times and they're saying that they are looking into it.

Hello,
I have some clarification about what happened to provide. Your request was denied after we repeatedly asked for more information that showed that the instructions for the offer had been fully completed.
For the Go2Bank offer, the instructions were as follows:
1. Sign up with Go2Bank
2. Create an account
3. Set up automatic direct deposits
You had sent over proof of depositing money into the account, a requirement that was not part of the offer instructions. When asked for more evidence to verify that the offer had been completed (specifically the direct deposit section), you simply kept re-sending the same screenshots. With nothing else left to do, your case was closed by our support team.
I hope this clarifies things. Unfortunately you did not complete the full extent of the offer and are therefore ineligible for the reward.

Yes I just spent a $1.86 on your game where is the free items I can file a complaint and they been having some kind of trouble with there app or something I don't care if they block me I spent my money I worked for I want my free items from that I paid that I want my items for that game and people who has been attacking I done saw what there pulling they attack you then comes back and there town you can't attack back those folks need blocked off the game. I am ready to uninstall the entire game it's ridiculous.AdGem Response

AdGem is a scam. They say they haven't received the proof they needed for an offer, even though they responded directly to the email that included the receipt requested. Now they refuse to reply, even though I've sent the receipt several more times. I'm owed money and after looking around, it appears these are their usual tactics.Review from Josh B

stay away from this company full of scammers i have completed all my steps and requiments and still haven't got my rewards uploaded all my docs clearly says level 22 keep done that now they are saying it has to be level 23 but yet the dam rewards page says to upgrade to level 22 keep ..Review from Kyle E

I am owed many rewards Im glad I never spend a dollar to get them. Still feel conned into downloading and playing a slew of subpar games.
