I am writing to formally file a complaint against an unlicensed auto mechanic who has engaged in unethical and unprofessional practices regarding the towing and storage of my ********** April 2024, I took my vehicle to ******* ***** ******** at *************************************************************************************. At no point was I informed that this individual was operating without a valid license, nor was I made aware of any potential risks associated with leaving my vehicle in their care. After evaluating the situation, I realized that my vehicle had been towed without my knowledge or ********** April 2024, when I had my vehicle towed to his location, ******* (*****) informed me that an engine was needed. His business partner **********************, located at *********************************************************************, has a shop that could perform the services. I bought a used engine from Robbins Auto Savage, located at ********************************************** which ******* (*****) had referred me to, I purchased the used engine for $2750.00 with a 91-day warranty.***** Auto Repair Shop placed the engine in the vehicle, but it turned out to be faulty. I immediately informed ***** Auto Repair Shop that the car was smoking and had no oil in the engine. He explained that I would drive it for two weeks to make an adjustment and then bring it back. However, once ***** Auto Shop was paid, he ignored my professional approach every single time. Reference all (3) who are involved are mechanics business partners this was a straight hustle.

      Robbins **************** is a used auto parts recycling store, where we sell all types of used parts. Robbins Auto Salvage Inc. is a registered company with all permits and licenses up to date. Regarding complaint ID number ********, our company needs more information regarding this matter.For example, an invoice number for the purchase made, a year, make and model of the vehicle and date of said purchase to provide you with an accurate response.Please note all used engines sold by our company do come with a 91-day warranty from the original date of purchase. As stated on the invoices; to honor the warranty, the engine must be taken to a licensed mechanical shop for proper installation. Please advise us on how we shall move forward with this matter.Thank You.

      My name is *********************** and my phone # is ************. I called on 1-10-23 to ask about a rear right side window for a ************************************************************************************* and make a deposit. I went in after work and paid for the part in full. She told me she would give me a call once it came in. The next day after 3, I gave them a call and inquired about the window. I was on hold for about 15 minutes. The lady I spoke with a day before said I have to come get a refund they can't find my part. I asked how can't you find my part when you got the car in yesterday and said you would call me once you pull the part. She carelessly said we can't find it so I have to give you a refund. I asked did they sell my part she said yes that's what she thinks. I asked for a manager she said she is the manager. I asked to speak to someone over her and she kept saying there is no other manager. I asked for the email to the owner and she said there is no email or way to contact them. I have been searching for this window for almost 2 months because there is a national back order on it. No one has it in stock. They deliberately sold the part that I paid for and likely gave it to a friend, co-worker, or family member. She was careless, and cold and very unprofessional.If this is the way they do business then they should not be in business. This is unethical and violates code of conduct. Something needs to be done about these unethical practices that this company obviously endulges in on a normal basis.
