I went to this Popeyes at 4pm May 16, 2022. The cashier spent a lot of time talking with the person in front of me. I placed my order. I had a coupon for a 10 piece chicken plus two large sides for $20.99(+$2.10 tax). Order ****. The person who boxed it said "10 piece spicy". I said yes and toke the bag. When I got home I saw I only had 5pieces of chicken. I called the popeyes'. I told the man who answered that I didn't get all my food. He said bring in the receipt to get the 5 pieces they didn't give me. He hung up when I tried to get his name. I don't want to go back there. I'd rather get a check($11.50) for the Half food I didn't get.Business response

While ordering through the drive thru I was presented with an attitude that I ignored. After receiving my order I asked for Cajun Sparkle and received no respond, so I move up to let the next car order and walked to the door to ask for the Cajun Sparkle, the store manager and I began to argue about the service I received. She proceeded to come from behind the counter. A young man followed her and pulled a gun on me. My husband ran into the store, the man put the gun away and said he was the ladys son. We left the store and went to a safe location to contact the ****************** The gun was not found, but the aspect was arrested.Initial Complaint

I went to the Popeyes and ordered a 10pc blackened extra crispy well done strips with a large side of mashed potatoes, a large side of coleslaw with (5) biscuits. I requested Mardi Gras mustard with the strips, they gave me Buttermilk ranch.1) They gave me a large side of mashed potatoes with gravy with an oversized lid that did not seal on the container, gravy spilled down the sides, in a soaked bag that spilled all over my hands, my car, etc. The gave ***************** unsealed instead of the coleslaw. They gave me (4) biscuits instead of (5). I took them all back inside to the counter. They gave me another mashed potato with gravy and stated they were out of lids. Then they gave me (3) small individual coleslaws. I asked for napkins to clean up the gravy mess, she gave me some, but then she forgot to give me the other biscuit, no biggie.2) Then when I got home, the chicken strips were under-cooked and were the regular breaded ones, they were not even warm. I had ordered 10pc extra crispy well done blackened strips.3) The biscuits were hard as rocks and also short one.4) The food was very bad, and all of it could not be eaten.5) I did not return a second time.
