Their trade in program is a scam, I returned my old radar detector in June, it is now August and after making 2 previous contacts, still no credit. Trying to get a hold of customer service is nearly impossible, when I did, I was told they would get back to me. @ weeks later still no response.

Hello,We do not have record of receiving your trade in device, which is why no refund has been issued to date. We have 1 new customer service ticket from you, from one day ago, which we have not yet gotten to. We will reply to that ticket, but generally speaking, you'll need to follow up with your shipper to get delivery confirmation. Terrible customer service, after an order I did not place charging my account everything in, company was extremely unsympathetic and disrespectful. Called them the second they opened to cancel but somehow they claim it was already processed. I received notification from *** 5hrs later they just created a label. Company then had the nerve to charge me $20 for return shipping and making me wait until they get it back in their hands. All they needed to do was stop the pending charge. Terrible company, if you are looking for respect and common courtesy don't hold your breath.Cedar Electronics Response

Once an order has processed through our warehouse system, it cannot be canceled. This is posted on our website for clarity and transparency. If a customer has a change of heart, and it's too late to process a cancellation, he or she must return the item for a refund. Thank youReview from Brian R

Their cobra dash cams last for about 6 months... they offered a pity 15% discount, instead off replacing their defective camera...Cedar Electronics Response

Hello. I am so sorry to hear that you have experienced an issue with your dash camera. They generally hold up well under normal operating conditions. We do offer and honor a full one-year factory warranty on new purchases. Beyond that, we offer a loyalty discount, but cannot extend the warranty.
If your camera was purchased new and is 6 months old, it will be covered. Please contact us back with a valid proof of purchase to obtain service.

Im on my third cobra dash camera, all returned for different reasons, turning off, scree going blank and finally no rear camera view, hopefully fourth camera will work but doubtfulCedar Electronics Response
