Would give ZERO stars if that was possible. Waited outside in freezing cold weather, completely unorganized inside. It was nearly a month before I got my results. Called and talked to someone who was completely rude and told me I would likely not get my results. They make you share information that can easily be sold for identity theft. I asked the man to destroy my personal information and asked how to do it and he became even more belligerent. This is a bunch of crooks who need to pay the government (THE PEOPLE!) back for their c*** service and lying. Avoid them at all costs!!! I am worried that they have personal information on me and my children that God know what will happen to it.

Received our covid test results 23 DAYS LATER. Even went in and complained, they said they would call me right back and never did. They don't answer their phone either. Advertised 72 hour turnaround. This is unacceptable.

COVID test results were delayed over two weeks, which makes them virtually pointless. The results did not match. It appears that they are running on government money (aka, tax payer money), and not being honest. They are currently under investigation. Beware.

I went for a covid test back in August. I was very sick and being a teacher I needed a PCR test. They took my insurance did the test and told me I would get results in 2-3 days. After a week I contacted them thru their email but they never responded. I emailed again closer to 2 weeks and was eventually told they lost my test. How do you lose a medical lab test? Never heard of that.

PCR test was taken on 03JAN and results were reviewed on 15JAN - just received my notification today 26JAN of the results via email, which were negative. I had my doubts that this facility was capable of properly handling my sample so I went to CVS same day for an antigen test and results were positive.Covid test results took 12 days to generate.An additional 11 days to report to client.Results indicated negative but same day testing on the original sampling day 03JAN from a certified lab and triple confirmed via BIOMAX test were positive.Complete failure, either they accepted the bid and lied about their sample processing capacity or this was a scam.

Fairness to these guys, I got my result in 2 days and I was possitve. I tested in other place and they took 7 days no result yet.

This testing company seems to be exactly the same as ******* Covid Control which is now being investigated for fraud. OHare Lab never sends the test results even after 2 weeks despite having taken the swab test and personal information down for each person.

I was tested twice at one of their drive-through locations in mid December 2020, first on a Friday and then again on a Sunday. I received the rapid antigen results onsite both times and I NEVER received the results of the first test (still haven't to this day more than a month later!) and only received the results of the second test after 3 days and 4 calls to the onsite manager.The workers administering the tests were very professional, polite, and cheerful but there seem to be managerial problems, an unacceptably large lab backlog, and a notification system that is either flawed (not sending results through their automated email system) or, even worse, an indication of tests either being lost, mishandled, or left untested for so long that they are rendered useless.I fear that this company may have business practices similar to this one but on a much smaller scale. Went for pcr test & rapid test. Came back positive on rapid (with no symptoms) and it has been three weeks waiting on pcr results. The day I went in there was only 1 staff member staffing the location. When I came back there goes later for my results there was second employee working. I could have payed for rapid pcr results but I chose not to give them any money. There had to be 100 cars in line at all times.

Still waiting for my covid pcr results. This has to be a scam. It has been more than 5 days! Out to get what they can from the feds and leaves us without the results.
