Unfortunately, I'm not sure how RSM can help with this matter. ****** is a Finacial Planner with SunLife according to his LinkedIn profile and I'm not familiar with any connection between him or this matter and RSM. Certainly, if there is a connection I'm not familiar with I would like to learn more so we can address it on our end.Initial Complaint

I had used RSM as ************** with ******************************, CPA overacted. decade for my personal taxes and my Parents estate.I had tried now for 2 years to get a copy of the tax return for the estate filings that they had prepared.I am unable to close that estate Trust without these and had misplaced the last few years.I have tried to Contact ******************** on mant=y occasions and also let multiple voice mail messages without a response.I had tried multiple times with the office in Cherry Value with no return calls. I had also reached out to Corporate in *********** and they contacted the office and ******************** on my account and no response to date.I am trying to obtain those records so that I may close out the estate. Any assistance on your part will be greatly appreciated.Thank you.Business response

Thank you again for reaching out regarding the unanswered complaint regarding Case #******** and concerns expressed by ***************************. I was able to speak with our team and confirmed the team was in touch with ****************** on December 22, 2022 and have resolved this matter with him. I am rejecting this response because:Although I received a call from the company not all issues were addressed including some additional tax return that were supposed to be finalized after an extension but I found out were not. The files ****************** is referencing are not associated with work RSM was retained to do. Our team was in touch with him this morning to clarify that disconnect and they will be following up again to offer any assistance we can to help him address his needs.
