11/03/2022 I filled a fraudulent dispute due to someone using my debit card number for merchant Home Run inn. I received a provisional credit until the investigation is complete and a new debit card was issued, so on 12/18/2022 someone used my debit card number for an olive garden order for the amount of $590.26, so i was informed to file a dispute for the amount by bank representative ***** which i did, I sent the Fraud affidavit to *********************** by email which i sent 11/28/2022 him a email asking for an update which he didn't respond to, so on 12/30/2022 i went into the branch to get a new debit card. I was informed that at this time that the bank could not issue me a new debit card, when i asked *************************** why he could not issue me a new debit card, He stated that he would have to contract that back office and that it would not be today because hes about to get off in 6 minutes and that i was being inconvenient that i would have to wait until 1/03/2023 to get help with this issue because the bank was about to close in 6 minutes, I asked him if i could speak with a supervisor he stated that no one was there that everyone was out of the office until 1/03/2023. so, i proceeded to the bank teller to withdraw cash, but i noticed that it was someone at ************** desk looking at my account with him at this time. so, i continue to say excuse me excuse me excuse he continued to ignore me, so i start walking toward this person saying excuse me are you a supervisor very nasty he replied yes. I explained to him that ************** refused to help me because he had 6 minutes to get off work and if he could explain to me why a new debit card could not be rolling his eyes at me looking up or to the side instead of looking at me and adding my concern, I asked him his name he stated *****. we could not issue a card because of the concerns we have with the account and at this time you have to wait until the investigation is complete very nasty. The people here are so unprofessional
