*********** services were offered May 19, 2020 for $6,500. The next day, May 20th, 2020, on arrival to do the work they doubled the estimate to $13,500. Services were provided. During the remediation, (2nd month of Covid lockdown) all my exercise room equipment was removed and "destroyed" overnight on May 20th, 2020. An agreement was signed by ******* agreeing to a reduction in cost. Three payments were made that with the total the reduction agreed upon by the company for the "mistakenly removed" property with the final insurance adjuster's total of $10,739.32 that was agreed to by the company's owner, ******************************* with the adjuster directly and again he confirmed to that amount in agreement with me via phone. Final check was sent with letter clarifying costs, payments and reduction for stolen equipment. Over 2.5 years later I receive a ******* notice for $16,875.00 by an agressive debt attorney who will not flex and does not accept any of my payments, the letter of final payment, the reduction by SF due to mis-coding and adding items that were not used (dumpster) or the signed agreement to reducing the fees based on "mistakenly removed" property during remediation.Business response

We have amicably resolved this misunderstanding, both myself and the customer worked it out successfully. This case can be closed.
