This guy's are thief's they deleted and closed my app and they have deleted my account without information.I had so many gift cards saved to spend money on the kids but they deleted their old app and now new app doesn't allow me to login based on email. They have made mandatory to login with mobile number and when I gave my mobile number they are creating new account rather using my old account with so many valid gift cards in the account.GCX Response

I bought a Panera Bread $60 gift card and only used it once for a value around $9 and in two months I was surprised the gift card value went to $0. I called Panera for the concern and they told me, "There was a request for a reverse charge for this gift card ending in 6956. While I cannot see who made the request, I do see that the card was devalued. The funds were returned to the original payment for the purchase of the gift card."Then I emailed Raise Market Place for the concern and they told me that "We regret to inform you that we are currently outside of our Service Level Agreement (SLA) for your request"This is unacceptable, I am not going to be the victim of your broken system so fix it.GCX Response

Raise used to be a very good gift card reseller but the last couple years they have went down. Now I would warn anyone who doesnt have money to waste not to purchase from them. The little savings that you feel you will get wont be anything once you lose everything you paid for the card. Just go and spend a little more and buy directly from retailer and know your card is safe and working. DONT USE RAISE!!!GCX Response

After purchasing a gift card from the company, I found out that it couldn't be used after one year, despite what they guaranteed. When I asked for a refund, they ignored my requests. So, I decided to take legal action and filed a claim in small claims court, which I won. However, even with the court order in hand, the company still refused to pay me the money owed.GCX Response

We are sorry to hear of the experience with your purchase. Given that the Marketplace is a third-party platform, the Guarantee advises coverage for issues reported within the 1 Year from purchase date. Raise is then no longer liable for issues encountered outside of the year, which is why we urge to redeem your card within policy time frame. Please contact ******************************** in regards to your court claim.Review from Amanda G

Double charged me for a purchase using two different accounts I had saved. I disputed the one that was not authorized and my bank returned the funds. Raise locked me out of my account, holding all my saved gift cards hostage and they refuse to allow me access.Review from po-jui c

Buyer be aware, this business buys and sells giftcards. Some of the gifts cards on their site that they sell to customers are the same giftcards that they bought from other customers. So if they purchase a giftcard with a zero balance and you are the unlucky sole that purchases that said gift card you are out of luck with them giving you your money back. This type of situation happens frequently. Ive have purchased giftcards from them that either had a zero balance or the giftcard id didnt have enough digits or the giftcard id had the wrong digits. They are fully aware that these situations happen and even have a section of their site mentioning this but when it occurs for some reason you have to prove that the gift card doesn't work........ How can you prove a giftcard had a zero balance prior to your purchase? All they will do is check that the giftcard had a balance on the date they purchased it but the dummies dont understand that if someone writes down the giftcard number, sells Raise the giftcard and then several days later spends all the money on that same giftcard. The one on Raise site will be spent before it's even sold to a customer.GCX Response

Thank you for providing feedback regarding our services. We have confirmed internally that your case was previously escalated and resolved. In terms of gift card issues, our Gift Card Support Team confirms all card balances prior to listing. In addition, an investigation may be conducted in the case that a card has been reported to determine the redemption details. We may ask for additional information with the intent of determining the stance of a refund under the condition that it is required. If you have any further concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out.Review from Leo S

Purchased a $50 gift card from Raise.com and i immediately tried to use it. The card had $0 dollars of value on the merchant site.Follow an investigation, Raise provided an answer of: After further review, we have been able to confirm that the card(s) were activated when initially purchased by the seller and sold on Raise. Raise has little concern, they get to keep the transaction fee, and have washed their hands.Unacceptable!!Review from Christian C

There are only two kinds of Raise.com customers. Customers who haven't done business with them AND customers they screwed over that will tell you how crooked and dishonest they are. Pure garbage. Just keep scrolling and you'll see hundreds of reviews that BBB I guess chooses to hide from real customers. These positive reviews are clearly employees or friends. Look all over the web and you'll see thousands of customers calling Raise.com out for being a total scam. Shame on you BBB for letting Raise.com cover their tracks on your own website. Try to buy gift cards with them and they'll take your money but they wont deliver the cards for hours sometimes days. Why? Who cares? They dont give a ****. Try to contact them via phone? The phone doesnt work. Buy gift cards and find out they have already been used? Their own customers support will email you back that it happens a lot. Just tie you up money with them for days until they feel like doing their jobs. But their CEO loves to send out emails about the impact of Covid. Try running your own company and not scamming your own customers before you grandstand. Typical smoke and mirrors start up with absolutely the worst customer reviews. If they didnt s**** you over it's just a matter of time. There are only two kinds of Raise.com customers. Customers who haven't done business with them AND customers they screwed over that will tell you how crooked and dishonest they are.GCX Response
