I ordered a kids golf net and received an email immediately stating my invoice and that another email will follow with the shipping information once the order was ready to ship. It has been roughly 3 weeks and still no contact whatsoever on their part. I have emailed through the statement email *********************************** and also on their main page ******************************** I have called the number provided and it is disconnected. This website is a very elaborate simple scam.Initial Complaint

I purchased a golf hitting net on November 10, 2022 and the payment confirmation on the website stated I would receive a tracking number when the item shipped. No order confirmation number was provided. I have sent multiple emails thru the website with no response. I have communicated thru the message chat on the website multiple times with no response. I tried calling the number listed on the website and its disconnected. The number listed on this BBB website is also incorrect. This Company is a scam, they have a great website but then only collect money. Its been almost 2 months since they took my payment and I have no way of communicating with them. I ordered a putting green from Golfing Eagles on 5/01/22, order #****. I was told that I would be notified when it was sent. After a few weeks I went to the website where a chat box opened. I asked when I would be receiving my order and was told by "*****" that he would look into it and get back to me. I never heard another thing. I tried calling the number provided, left a message and never got a return phone call. I then started emailing them and only got a response when they were threatened. By now, the email address they were using had changed to golfinggods. I was told that they would be shipping it out and that I would be provided tracking info, as well as, a special gift for having to wait so long. Four days later a putting green arrived, however, it was the wrong one. I again contacted them and was told that they would send *** out to pick it up. I reached out and told them to just email me the label and I would have it picked up at work, as I work in the shipping ***** I heard nothing from them and had no reason to believe that they would follow through, based on previous experience. I emailed them again and told them that I shipped it and sent them the tracking number. Now I am corresponding with ************************************************ I told them that they should be receiving the putting green back by Tuesday and that I would expect my money to be refunded. This was over a week ago now and still have not received my money or a response to my emails. The one response I got was asking where I shipped this to and I provided the address, which was on one of the labels that was on the carton. The same day I dropped it off at ***, for $55.00 the *** driver arrived to pick it up. It was, in fact supposed to go to Amazon. I did not order this on Amazon, so I was a little confused as to why it would be going there. Anyway the name of the business I sent it back to was Golfing **************** I looked on the Golfing Eagles website for an address, There is none listed. I want my money.
