Okay so I had started getting dexcon g6 from this company. Apparently they didn't get paid and I was told that they would continue doing it till November. They now say they even do that. gave me no assistance in anything regarding this.Business response

Compliant is incorrectly reported by customer.
Device is functional, but not fully covered by patient's carrier. Advised patient in advance to procure another supplier which patient stated 2 other providers have already been lined up by patient. Patient understands all american medical is canceling in network contract with his insurance carrier in November due to low coverage reimbursements. Items supplied were not fully covered therefore future refills will not be supplied unless purchased retail.
Patient spoke directly to representative today and understood situation and had no other complaints as to faulty equipment or assistance was needed to find another supplier to accept his particular insurance.

Okay so I was told they would send sensors till November and then stop. I have some text messages that are saying my equipment is faulty. Which came after this complaint. I acknowledge that, they said it was not covered how ever my complaint is for sensors. I will still told when I tried to order more that they were taking the last but would continue till November l. I am sure they record audio.
