I was charged for a night's stay on July 8, 2023. This charge was unauthorized. When I noticed the charge, I called the hotel and someone told me they'd cancel the stay and issue a refund. The refund was never given and when I called back someone else told me they don't issue refunds and I was still being charged. However, this wasn't told to me when I spoke to someone the first time. I never stayed at the hotel this date and was going off what an employee told me and expected a refund.
