Date of the agreement July 5th 2022 The owner of ProKitchen Design was given by check $425 (written to prokitchen design) as deposit to build a custom cabinet. He took the measurements and the cabinet was supposed to be delivered in ***** days. Early in Aug. apologized for the delay and set a delivery time three times within a span of two weeks but never delivered or installed. I have called and e mailed at least 5 times and the last request two weeks ago was to return the $425. I paid by check. He does not return my calls or e mails. He has stopped picking up the phone. I would like the deposit returned since I will be going with another company.Business response
