      My doctor referred me to Absolute Medical, Inc. to fulfill my compression needs. I have acquired a couple of pantyhose via my insurance through this business, and I have not had the need to deal with their customer service personnel. Recently, however, I received some garments that were not my size. I had to return and exchange them for a larger size. The second replacement did not fit me well either. I called the company to request a third exchange, and I was told a label was to be sent to me. After two weeks, I got no response, and I had to follow up a third time over the phone. The customer service individual who assisted me did not display a trace of cordiality. Even though, I had been measured before, I was told that another measurement was needed. This is a true inconvenience for a working mother.When I finally drove and stopped by the business to get measured, I was greeted by the owner. I asked him for some information about some items they had on display, and he indicated in a condescending way that those were not covered by insurance and that they were too expensive for me to afford. Eventually, he decided that my measurements were not needed, and even though I had to drive all the way to the business to get measured, I was not offered an apology for the inconvenience of having me drive all the way to that place.When companies are open to improvement, they should hear their customers even if what they hear is not nice. That is the only way to grow as a company. Overall, I believe that this company needs a lot of improvement in the way they deal with customers. I make a very good salary as an accountant, and I have the money to pay whatever I need, but I assure you that I will not buy from this business again either using my insurance or my money. I will go somewhere else where I get the treatment I deserve.

      had an appointment with Absolute Medical, *** to be fitted with a sleeve and glove for my lymphedema in my arm and hand.****** arrived at the wrong location, which I told ******* (Manager ) to have her contact me when she arrives because everyone gets lost. ******* contacted me when she was waiting at the wrong location for 15 minutes so I went out to see were she was and I told her where I was as she arrived with an attitude said she was not *******, I replied I know your not him but I told him to have you contact me when you arrived. As she proceeded to get out of her vehicle she still had an attitude and I told her if she and I were going to have a problem she could leave. She got back in her car and left. I contacted ******* and he could have cared less.Very unprofessional customer service. And I have to contact my doctor to givre me another referral for my sleeve and glove.
