This Has been the worst experience in addressing my mental health, the office facilitator is very unprofessional, everything mirrors back to she has to get her child @3pm. Oh I cant update your paperwork because I have to get my son at 3 or what time will you get here I have to get my child at 3. I should have took those signs, however going through my situation I didnt come to find out she never was updating my Dr with the information he needed which led her to filling out paperwork which he needed to fill out which led me to Not being paid. Then turned it around as oh its your fault for signing release papers, I has nothing to hide and if the is legitimate why do I need to not release the information? She told me I been doing this over a year her exact words wow year leaves no room for growth so many things happened with this case and yet to be resolved but save yourself the stress and possible headache dont choose this place as your place for treatment they are NOT looking to help you after she was paid she was done. Once I found my Dr at another facility she advised me oh I cannot work with you any longer.

I am rejecting this response because: information provided by ABM Are false. Ms ******** has been falsifying documents and information and interactions to support  her negligence throughout this process. The therapist I saw through ABM advised me to try and get out due to my high stress level and anxiety to be around others which did not work. *** rushed and did not  properly fill documents out per the therapist and once she did shes only tried to cover her tracks by placing the blame on me. When I brought these things to her attention she then  stated I needed to advise my therapist of this and I advised I had and she and I spoke with the therapist whom confirmed I had and was under a high level of stress and anxiety. *** continues to attempt to cover her tracks by denying additional treatment stating I needed to be approved by insurance which I had 2 different insurance at the time she refused to go through both she also denied me seeing nurse practitioner *******. Which led me too seek him in another office. *** is not helping the community she is harming it as she is only attempting to gain Money. *** admitted to ne verbally she was not to fill those papers out and she was doing a favor and not to tell anyone big red flag  my only hopes is she does not continue to do this to others because stress and depression can lead to other things without proper care and she is not providing proper care

      Sincerely,

      Dear Better Business Bureau,

All the information provided in the prior rebuttal is supported by facts. All paperwork was completed by a clinical clinician based on information provided by documentation in Erickas notes. I would like to note that the forms and clients notes that were faxed over to *********************** were completed correctly. The lack of severe symptoms documentation was a direct result of ****** not reporting what she was experiencing during her sessions. Therefore, the counselor was not able to document Erickas now baseless claims. We have multiple clients that complain about having a specific diagnosis. But symptoms must be reported, and signs are to be observed in each session and documented by the counselor. In each session, clients are assessed for signs and symptoms of the diagnosis the client purports. Our staff has never denied the ****** additional treatment.

ABM has never denied the ****** additional treatment. The clients insurance company initially approved ****** for 10 sessions, which she completed. On November 16, 2021, our office staff contacted Ms. ******* ****************** ComPsych. A representative of ComPsych stated that ****** could continue receiving services. On November 20, 2021, ****** was phoned by her assigned counselor, but there was no answer. Subsequently, ****** never returned the call. A Beautiful Mind (ABM) is a non- profit organization, and its client base is 95% ********* We provide much needed services to the underserved community of Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs. Therefore,Ms. ******* claims that ABMs primary motivation is money is unfounded and inappropriate. ***************** reimbursement rate is lower than *********This alone invalidates that ABM is driven by money. Additionally, ****** only authorized ABM to **** ComPsych.

****** is under the assumption that once an employee applies for STD with their employer, approval is uncontested. The decision-making process of Erickas Short-Term Disability claim is not in the control of ABM,it strictly enforced by the insurance company after their review of Erickas therapy session notes. ABM does not approve nor deny insurance claims. ABM will not falsify any documentation to help a client obtain Short Term Disability (STD). Why would ABM or any healthcare organization falsify records to stop a clients treatment? This action would not only hinder the client, but also financially hinder an organization as well. ABM will not continue to rebut this baseless action brought on by ****************.

      Sincerely,

      ***********************,Chief Executive Officer
