I parked my car at Airways Parking from 3/28/2024 - 4/1/2024. When I returned to *******, it was pouring down with rain and I had my elderly mother (76 years old) with me in the rain. I paid $150 for the parking service and tipped the driver of the shuttle bus. After paying, the service worker could not find my keys in the facility. We were stranded for approximately 45 minutes. I was asked by the worker, "do you have your spare key with you?" "Why have a spare key when I gave you my key before leaving on Thursday?" was my response. I was DRENCHED by the rain searching the car to see if my key were left inside. My Mother wasn't feeling well that day so this issue added to her frustration. I am requesting a full refund for being inconvenienced. The key was located but a discount/refund was refused.
