      Clear Spring Life, They have the must unprofessional people all around the organization and they are very rude! They have policies such as processing of 15 to 20 days so the money that you have is not earning any interest because the account was closed on maturity day! i LOST MORE THAN 20 DAYS OF EARNING INTEREST BECAUSE OF THIS POLICY!I WILL NEVER OPEN ANOTHER ACCOUNT HERE AGAIN!** NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES WHEN THIS WAS GUGGEHEIM1 NO ONE SHOULD PUT ANY MONEY HERE!THE SHOULD NOT GET EVEN ONE STAR!

      customer service billing services lied about the South Carolina fees were listed on the invoice. Further ******* in the Danville ******** office *************************************** refused to help me or show any records which they had on files. She was rude and as I tried to contact them in late December to pay my premium they were not in the office when they showed clearly they had office hours until 4:30 pm. Called a number of times at 4:00 they were derelict in their duties. I called 8 times since December until I finally reached them 1/23/2022 she said they were short staffed due to covid. I should not have been charged a late fee of ***** she told me I won't do anything about it you will have to pay. when I asked for her supervisor she hung up on me. On top of all of this they have my name listed as ********************************* my real name is ********************************* they we did not bother to correct or call me by my real name. I am demanding an apology and the refund of the late fees. This is inexcusable. *********************************** *********** needs to be reported to the ******** Insurance Commissioner

      Their customer service is terrible. They are rude to customers and they never take responsibility when they mess up. Their online payment system doesn't work properly, even though it says it takes a payment it doesn't always take it; even though it gives you a receipt. If you call to confirm payment and they say they received it you still have to call again in a few days because if it didn't go through they won't let you know or follow up with you. And the following **** statement won't reflect that money is still owed because their billing department is garbage. They always blame the customer for their poor customer service and lazy employees. Don't recommend
