      I provided a $1300 deposit for radiator covers with a 6 week delivery guarantee on November 12, 2021. It is now January 25, 2022 and I have received zero information on if or when my covers will be delivered. I need a full refund of my deposit which the business says it will not give me

      Hello,

      We spoke with ****** and husband over the phone last week and have given her a full update on her order. Firstly, our invoices do not include a guarantee - we use an approximate delivery time because orders vary in size and some orders take longer than others to prepare. It is true that our delivery is behind schedule - our industry (metal fabricating) has been hit hard by supply chain delays due to the ******19 pandemic that have disrupted our ability to complete orders in the usual timely manner. In this particular case, the steel we needed to fabricate ******** radiator covers was delivered late due to the steel distributor's responsibilities as part of the government's Essential Business and Emergency Response programs - they were instructed by the government to reroute steel supply to ******19 facilities and construction projects. As a result, a few of our orders have taken longer to produce than typically expected. This has been a trying time in our industry and we are doing our best to accommodate customers. ******** covers are completely fabricated and ready for delivery this week (we are currently dealing with severe weather in ******* that has impacted road travel so the Wednesday delivery we had scheduled has been postponed until the snow plows can clear the roads). ****** is entitled to a full refund if she so chooses, but over the phone her husband told us that they would prefer the covers. We apologize for any perceived lack in communication and are eager to deliver the radiator covers to ****** as soon as possible.

      1. I have evidence of a guarantee of delivery stated in your quote (attached)

      2. My husband was never offered a full refund for the product, that is a lie.
