On multiple occasions, after making a legitimate purchase, the owner of the company cancelled my order without refunding, due specifically to the fact that I had purchased from a rival company. When I reached out to the owner to request that if my order were cancelled, that I received a refund as I was not receiving the product I ordered and paid for, I was subject to a harassment campaign orchestrated by the company owner and consistently mocked and bullies by the owner of the company. Eventually when the owner said he would ship me the product, I was given a tracking number for a completely different product that was not related and was delivered to a completely different coast of the country leading me to believe that this was a completely unrelated tracking number given to me to try and fool me and get me to drop the subject.Initial Complaint

On 2/22/2021 I purchased a 4xLP set from Wax Vessel (**) via early access in which the order would no ship until May 2022.When ** announced all the orders shipped on May 9th I noticed I never received an email or a notification on shop app that my order shipped or a tracking number of any kind. The orders were shipped by **** priority and when I saw others were receiving their orders I checked my store account and discovered my order was still marked (unfulfilled). Therefore I contacted ** via ******** messenger with a photo of my order status and asked why this was and the only response I got back from the label owner was "it was refunded" followed by a notification from shop app confirming the refund. No explanation why, something I've been waiting on for over a year that I purchased on early access just cancelled on me right at shipping. I respectfully asked my remaining pre orders to be cancelled. A week later Wax Vessel put up for sale extra copies of the 4xLP, if the company accidentally forgot to ship my order, one of them could of easily been mailed to me even if the color of the records was different than what I originally purchased.I believe the reason this happened due to my support of another record label Wax Vessel has a bad history with even though I never spoke bad publicly of Wax Vessel. I want a reason why he just refunded my order and never shipped me one.I also have an earlier issue with this label I had in September 2021 where ** gave me a tracking number for a record I ordered but tracking only showed "pre-shipment" and was never delivered. This is why the owner is so defensive when it comes to shipping and he doesn't want people asking why tracking numbers do not move. I believe this was a fake tracking number and the label was waiting on me to ask for a refund as the owner seemed like he wanted to refund me immediately. See all my attached screenshots.
