Purchase date: November 27, 2023 Communicated: Monday December 4th, 2023 though website ************************************************ Went to store to resolve issue: December 7th 2023.Called by supervisor: on December 7th 2023 was told I would be called back on December 8th to have this issue resolved, but never called me back. The issue was escalated as advised.I went to Azul Y Rosa to purchase a baptism outfit for my grandson who is 9 months old. I had shopped there in the past, in November 2018, and had no issues then. This time I purchased a beaded outfit for two hundred dollars on November 27th, 2023. On the day of the baptism, December 2, 2023, when we were getting the baby dressed the beads started to fall off. Completely mortified and shocked, this situation ruined the celebration since the outfit is the major part of the celebration. There is no price to cover the trauma of the event, but we are asking for a refund of the outfit since its unforgivable to sell such faulty outfits at that price. Ive emailed, went in person, and spoke on the phone with the business and have been ignored Im escalating to the *** this issue and will take it where it needs to go to have my refund since its unjust.
