12/04/2023 @1:50 a.m. purchased cigarettes for $10.42 with $11 ($10 bill and $1 bill) got $.58 change back, put it in my pocket and the receipt( provided below) was on counter. Then she turned around to talk to the owner( both English is second language so may have not understood me well, they are from *****) while I was looking to see how much money I had left for gas, and when she was back to me I said i wanted $11 in gas and a $2 lottery ticket and I gave her $11 ( another $10 bill and a $1 bill) and 8 quarters for lottery ticket. She picked up the $11 got confused put in back down near the cigarette receipt and said she needed more money, she thought that $11 was still for cigarettes and I tried to explain to her that's for gas now I already paid for cigarettes with $11 and had the receipt there and she gave me back change. So I had to pay for cigarettes again with another $11 (that was for my gas) and put $9 gas on my card. I walked in got my gas sat in car and then went back in to explain to owner that she mistakingly charged me twice for cigarettes thinking the other $11 right next to the cigarettes receipt was still for cigarettes and not for gas. He said no and so I am out $11 cuz I don't think I got another $.58 cents change back but only disputing the cost of the cigarettes $10.42. She got confused because I had given her $11 twice and same denominations of $10 bill and $1 bill. Simply human error mistake yes but I am out $11( $10.42 for the cost of purchasing the cigarettes twice. Can I please get a refund from them? I also bought spoiled chocolate milk there another day but didn't say anything. Thank you. I walked upset and said they're going to be $11 over in their register. They can look at their cameras and see she put the $11 for cigarettes in her register, then gave my change and receipt on counter, and then I put an additional $11 plus 8 quarters on counter when she got confused after turning around for bit and returning to me, when I asked for gas.Customer response

They called me n said if I still feel they owe me a refund they will give it.
