Hello,I canceled my planet fitness membership through mail. A couple of days before my September charge. This isnt my problem if it got lost. This is ridiculous. I havent been there since September. I dont plan on coming back if this isnt resolved. It says I have $129 in unpaid balance.Customer response

Good morning,We have received the BBB letter in regards to case number ********. Although a letter was not received in the mail, we will go ahead and cancel the membership as well as waive any late fees associated with the account.In the future, we ask any cancellation letter be sent to the club certified, as stated in the membership contract. I have contacted the business multiple times via email and phone and was told if I want to cancel my membership and my daughters membership which I pay for I need to do it in person. I live 3.5 hours away in ******** and the closest club is a 25 min drive. Cancel my membership now and refund my last 4 months of membership fees for this ridiculous rip off!
