The receptionist ********* and I were holding conversation over the phone. I asked her what liability was. She changed my full coverage on my Kia Soul to liability. That was not what I wanted her to do. She did this without my permission or signature. Someone tried to steal my Kia unsuccessfully but caused damage to my steering colum and ignition. That is when I found out my insurance wouldn't cover damages. I was still paying full coverage price in July and Aug. I'm a 65 year old widowed person living on under $1,000 dollars a month. Now with no means of getting my car repaired.

****** called into our office on 07/20/2023 to lower her coverage to liability because she said she couldn't afford full coverage any longer. ********* advised her against it because of the ****** trend and the high level at which Kia and Hyundai have been stolen. ****** stated "nobody wants this old thing". ****** called into the office again on 08/01/2023 to make sure her car coverage was taken down to liability. She was informed that it had been and the monthly premiums will be adjusted in September. On 08/08/2023 her car was broken into. She was informed again that there was only liability on the car as of 07/20/2023 and there was nothing our office could do.
