Ordered our first set of warmies on July 15 2024, it is now July 26th and our order is still unfulfilled. I tried reaching out to them by email and phone twice daily since the 15th - only got ahold of someone by phone 1 time and my their email chatbot 1 time - neither were helpful and the lady on the phone transferred me to a voicemail that was not set up.We heard so many great things about these products, but the complete disregard for customer service is appalling.Review from Dec T

Ordered our first set of warmie on July 7 2024, received package on July 12 and opened the package and it was not anything that I had ordered, I ordered 2 warmies, an axilotol and a cat and they sent me 1 peanut warmie- tried to contact them as soon as we received package and I was put into a online chat queue- waited 3 minutes and then it said sorry we are now closed- so then I had to wait until Monday the 15 when they reopened again. I called them first thing when they opened because they had not contacted me back after email - I was told that they would get another order out soon but it would take another 3-5 days to get it out for shipping - I had said I thought they should get it out sooner since they were the ones that messed up my order and the customer service rep said they dont do expedited shipping. Now Im still waiting for my order to even be sent out, today is july 17th. Would definitely not recommend for the amount of time it takes and the hoopla you have to go through if there is an issueReview from Caryn D

Horrible. I inquired to customer care because I saw a video online that some of the organic material used in their products was growing mold inside especially after microwave use when the seeds inside started sprouting. Obviously this is not a healthy situation for a baby. This is the reply I received back. Not addressing my question at all! Hello Im so glad you asked! I ordered 2 warmers for my baby grand daughters, the company (not me) mailed them to a home we sold 3 plus years ago in ********, I live in ***** and have for over 4 years. I tried and tried to get them to correct it since I contacted them literally minutes ago the order was placed. I was told there was nothing they could do since the order had shipped. This was not true since their website only showed label created. The order didn't ship until the next day. The rep at armies told me to contact Illinois USP. Contacting *** was useless because you can never speak to a live person. This has to be the worse order experience I have ever had. I would NOT recommend ordering with them unless you just don't care about your order or money. I would give them negative stars if I could.Review from Mickayla W

Its unfortunate that there isn't a zero star option as that is what this company should be rated. The quality of these stuffed animals isn't good. I got one for my 8 week old baby and the lavendar in it keeps poking through all over the bears belly and back and pokes my baby. I sent an email to the company about my concern and the reply that i received was very generalized and was asking me to send pictures of the damage. There isn't any damage. Seems like there should be a netting inside the stuffed animal to prevent the lavendar from poking out and if not then they are just poorly made. Either way, pretty disgusted and disappointed with this product and the customer service that has been received.Review from Alyssa S

Purchased 4 items from this company. 3 bunnies and 1 dog. Order was shipped and delivered promptly and packing slip shows everything was suppose to be accounted for. However, I only received 1 bunny and 1 puppy. My order was deliver a few weeks ago and I have sent 3 emails and not heard back. Trying to figure out what to do next. I placed an order on 11/26/23. As of 12/29/23 I havent received it. I initiated a Chat with Warmies on their website and they advised the order had been lost. When I requested a refund they stopped responding in the Chat.
