This company do not deserve even a single star. The Property Manager assigned to our ********************* for the past two years is just irresponsible when it comes to Life, Health and Safety issues of our community especially related to MOLDS, FIRE SAFETY AND HOA LIABILITY especially with snow plowing. Real Estate Investor Service should not be here in Better Business Bureau website to begin with since it is not even an accredited business.

We appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback, but we must respectfully disagree with some of the assertions made in your review. The statements are overly broad and untrue. While we acknowledge there have been challenges in your association, we want to assure you that we take the safety and well-being of your community seriously. The decisions on repairs and vendors are made by the association board which you served on during the time these incidents occurred. We have been working with the new board to correct issues with the aging property that past boards and prior management companies did not address properly. Regarding your concerns about mold, fire safety, and HOA liability, we have consistently followed up on these matters and have been cleared by the village. Our team has been proactive in addressing any issues that arise promptly. We strive to uphold high standards of service. Your feedback is important to us, and we are committed to resolving any remaining issues to ensure your satisfaction. **** has surpassed our expectations. Highly recommend!!! Their whole staff is so dedicated and they actually answer the phone and email me back unlike out last company. ****** takes care of our condo association and does such a great job. She is so nice to speak with on the phone and quick to reply whenever my renters at my out of state condo have an issue with the building. She was able to help them with a fire alarm issue. So nice to work with a company that really cares especially when I can not be there since I live halfway across the country in **********.Review from Kim C

**** is the best. ****** has managed our townhome complex for a few years now and I have nothing but great things to say about her. She is so quick to respond and get things repaired and very knowledgeable at the meeting.I had a leak this winter and she had someone out the next day to patch it. She also communicated a detailed repair plan to me so I know what all the next steps are.Thank you **** and ******!
