I called Killeen Appliance to replace a leaking gasket on the water line to my dishwasher. *** Killeen came out and looked at the dishwasher and said he could fix it. He ordered the part and came back with his son to fix it a week later. After an hour he said they were finished and told me not to open or run the dishwasher for a couple days so things could "tighten up". He charged me $400.00, but did not give me a bill or a receipt. When I opened the dishwasher a few days later, the door gasket fell right off. I replaced the gasket myself [with the help of you tube] and proceeded to load some dishes. When I turned it on, only the "drain/cancel" button worked. I called *** Killeen about the issues and he came out a few days later. He told me he had replaced the door gasket in addition to the water line gasket. I told him I didn't even know I needed a new door gasket, and that it popped right off when I opened the door. He did not seem surprised. He said he would have to call a "tech guy" to find out about the button panel, but never got back to me. I called again and said that if he wasn't able to fix my dishwasher he should at least pay me back the $400.00. He hasn't returned my call.Initial Complaint

We were told the part we needed would take 4-5 weeks to deliver. After 8 weeks we still didn't have the part. We were just given poor excuses nothing concrete for this delay. After 8 weeks we hired another repair service and within 2 weeks our washing machine was repaired. I am confident we were lied to and mislead. This company is unprofessional and not trustworthy.
