On April 28th My husband and I stayed at The Extended Stay America in ******** **. We paid $95.74 for the room. Went to watch ** but it didn't work. I called the front desk the attended came to our room to attempt to fix the ** but couldn't. She stated she'll leave our room number for management We settled into. I felt discomfort on my lower back and bottom, I got up to examine my self in the mirror to find a outbreak. Laying back down my arm neck and hand started itching. I jumped up using my cell phone for a light and looked in the bed it was infested with BED BUGS! I wake the hubby and called the front desk. The male attended stated he has no other rooms and I have to call Expedia for a Refund. We dress quickly and stop at the front desk to show proof of the bed bugs, the attended state i believe you ma'am another guest said the same thing. Next day 29th I call the hotel to speak with ****** manager, she state it'll be a 48hr investigation and someone will be in touch with you! May 1st I reach out to corporate to file a complaint and they also stars it'll be a 48hr investigation. 96hrs later I've yet to speak with anyone regarding this matter! We had to drive home (********) in the middle of the night. Upon arriving home we took EVERYTHING off and threw it in the trash, Suitcase full of belongs went in the trash. I find myself itching scratching like something is on me. I believe I've brought BED BUGS into my home.
